Autumn Hills Residential Care

DO Bring:

1. Clothing and Shoes for at least one week of living in various weather conditions.
2. Personal Hygiene Items (Dental/Shampoo/Soap/Razors/Deodorant/Sanitary, etc.)
3. Small personal effects such as photos.
4. Books (especially recovery related!).
5. A notebook or journal.
6. Your current prescription medication in the original pharmacy bottle with the information label intact. Any liquid medications must be new and sealed. You should also bring a list of all your medications and dosages.
7. Your insurance cards and a form of identification (driver's license, passport, etc.).

DON'T bring:

1. Large personal effects
2. Items of value

What we provide:

1. All bed linens, pillows, blankets, and towels.
2. Common use items such as cookware, dining ware, coffee and filters, cleaning products, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, and laundry detergent.
3. We supply food and groceries for Residents! (Meal ingredients sufficient to prepare Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and snacks will be supplied).

Yes! We offer visiting hours and host family weekends.

For optimal care, while residents are in the program they will not be able to leave the house for anything other than group outings or doctors appointments.

All residential houses are supervised to ensure the safety of all our residents. Behavioral Health Techs, commonly referred to as "BHT's" will be onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to assist with any resident-issues, transportation requests, and conflict resolution.

All staff have training in conflict resolution, CPR and first aid.

The duration of treatment varies based on the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Autumn Hills allows service animals on the premises. Verification of all documentation and vaccinations will be required.
